Dr. Andrew Chisel

Early in his career, Andrew served in the United States Marine Corps as a personnel manager. At the conclusion of his military service, Andrew began work among nonprofits and has since managed two separate organizations. He has also spent many years working in the public sector as the VP of Organizational Development.

Andrew is a graduate of Liberty University, Southwest Seminary and American Christian College and Seminary. He has been certified by the Leadership Institute of America as a Human Behavioral Consultant and as a civil and family mediator. He is an active member of the American Society for Training & Development (ATD), the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI), and the American Bar Association (ABA).

Andrew is blessed to be the father of six grown children; He enjoys sports of all kinds including hunting, fishing and traveling the world.
