For superintendents and senior leaders navigating the complexities of leadership, the Superintendent/Cabinet Leaders Executive Cohort offers a unique opportunity to continue growing. This program is designed for leaders who want to deepen their impact, especially in environments where conflict, disruption, and decision-making pressure are constant.

 

Led by Dr. Phil Ertl, Vice President of Educational Leadership and Dr. Margaret Gilmore, Deputy VP of Educational Leadership at InitiativeOne, the cohort will invigorate leaders with an uncommon space to step out of their day-to-day challenges and focus on personal and professional growth. This is a space for reflection, renewal, and the honest, often difficult conversations that are necessary for sustained leadership success.
