Women's Inaugural Executive Cohort

 The InitiativeOne Inaugural Women’s Executive Cohort provides an uncommon space for female executive leaders to build out their leadership journey with their colleagues. This process builds beyond the InitiativeOne Leadership Transformation Process. InitiativeOne CEO Tracy Johnson will facilitate an experience that is as refreshing as it is intense. Executive leaders will discover a safe environment to challenge and be challenged and give and receive counsel from experienced peers. The Cohort meets for Nine monthly 3-hour sessions in 2025 (skipping formal meetings in July and August).
